Quotes: Some more

Be sure you know what you’re aiming at before you shoot.
Whenever you’re not sure what to do, try something small, at random, and see if that makes things a little bit better. If it does, keep doing more of that, and if it doesn’t, try something else random and start over.
In fact, some of us have such a deep unconscious fear of doing well that we work our way up the ladder and then deny ourselves the pleasure of the last step into success. People have a tendency to fall apart at the critical stage just when the fulfillment of a dream seems within reach. Things start going wrong suddenly; they either cannot perform as well as earlier, or start having personality based issues or getting nervous or careless at inopportune moments, thus fulfilling their self-destructive prophecies. One may dismiss this as misfortune or bad luck, but experts tend to look at such incidents as selfdestructive behaviour emanating from a deep-rooted fear of success.
Impatience means hurrying the mind; lethargy means slowness in action. Patience in the mind and dynamism in action is the right formula.
Mediocrity has never helped build great businesses.
You have to take a deep breath in.But can't hold on to it.You have to let go to enjoy the fresh breath. In Life, its the same thing, letting go is important.
“Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending.”
It's not what you know, it's when you know it.

Please don't ask me the source of the quotes.. I don't know how I got hold of most of these quotes.

Idea of the day

Bring small and big local shops online by listing items from local store, with delivery service.
For example, for when I want to do grocery or electronics shopping, I can see what is in the stores around me, and can either opt for home delivery, or can ask the shops to pack and I can pick up later.

Some advice to people

Nice post:

So how do you break out of a comfort rut? Ferriss says, "It’s very valuable to amplify the pain. If your job is mediocre, sit down and do an exercise on paper to really run through what your life is going to look like in two, three, five years if you continue to do what you’re doing. What options are you going to have? If you don’t have kids now, but you’re going to have kids in five years, do you want to be in the same job at that point? What are your options going to be then? What is your risk tolerance going to be then?
